This is an attractive LARGE viking shield pendant from Lerwick in the Shetland Islands, Scotland - in super condition with beautiful detailed design - large size 51 mms in diameter with 23 ster;ing silver chain and weighs 26.7 grams. This pendant is stamped with Edinburgh hallmark for 1975 and makers mark "JCK" for Jack C. This is the makers mark of James C.

Kerr who is a silvermith based in Lerwick, Shetland. He was the art teacher at Anderson High School, Lerwick Shetland.
