Here is a large antique STERLING SILVER PUNCH LADLE made during the GEORGIAN period with SILVER HALLMARKS for EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND, dated 1815, with maker's marks for J. This very old SCOTTISH STERLING SILVER PUNCH LADLE is in overall very good, used condition, with minor small dents on the bowl, and light surface scratches to be expected from age and use (see photos).

It is approximately 14 1/4 long, and weighs approximately 6.6 Troy ounces. The bowl holds approximately 6 fluid ounces. The simple, classic design of the handle has a hand-engraved monogram "G".
